These Terms govern your access to and use of Pestify.

These Terms govern access to and use of the pestify.gr website and the app.pestify.gr platform, including its mobile applications, operated by Christos Pamporis (PEST FREE), a sole proprietorship of Christos Pamporis in Greece.
Are you a customer of a pest control business using the customer portal? Separate Customer Portal Terms apply to you, rather than these Terms.
Pestify is a software tool for pest control businesses: it helps manage customer records, schedule services, maintain records and service sheets, generate reports and organize daily operations.
The pestify.gr website is informational and does not provide pest control services.
The platform is available exclusively to businesses. By using it, you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity and are authorized to bind the business you represent.
You provide accurate and complete details and keep them up to date. You keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for every action taken through them. You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach or where necessary for the security of the platform.
Subscription terms — price, duration, usage limits and payment — are set out in the separately signed subscription agreement. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, the subscription agreement prevails.
Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Nonpayment may result in suspension of access.

You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter and for having a lawful basis for processing it.
The software, code, design, interface, documentation, trademarks and logos belong to Christos Pamporis (PEST FREE). You receive a limited, nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use them for your business's internal needs.
The data you enter remains yours. We do not exploit or sell it, or use it to train artificial intelligence systems.
For the pestify.gr website, we act as the Data Controller.
For data you enter on the platform, you are the Data Controller and we are the Data Processor. We process it only on your instructions and to provide the service. Detailed terms appear in the Data Processing Addendum to the subscription agreement.
You handle individuals' requests concerning their data. If such requests reach us, we forward them to you.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security updates and technical failures may occur. We reserve the right to modify or replace features.
Pestify is an organizational tool. It does not provide legal, regulatory, public health or scientific advice, and it does not certify anything.
You check every service sheet, report and certificate before signing it or presenting it to an authority. Compliance with biocides legislation, required record-keeping and the accuracy of entries are solely your responsibility.
Using the platform does not relieve you of the obligation to retain your own copies of records you are legally required to keep.
The platform is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that it will meet specialized procedures that have not been agreed in writing.
Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees for the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage. We are not liable for lost profits, loss of customers or reputation, indirect or consequential damages, or damage resulting from your failure to retain your own copies.
This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence, injury to life, bodily integrity or health, or limit rights conferred by mandatory data protection law.
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, war, government action, widespread power or internet outages, large-scale cyberattacks or failure of a critical third-party provider.
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, nonpayment, a serious security risk or where required by law.
Upon termination, access ends. Your data remains available for retrieval for thirty (30) days and is then permanently deleted. We do not charge a fee for moving to another provider.
Each party keeps the other's nonpublic business information confidential. This obligation continues after termination.
The platform depends on hosting and infrastructure providers identified in the Privacy Policy. We are not liable for interruptions attributable solely to those providers or to public networks outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms for an objectively justified reason. Material changes will be notified thirty (30) days before taking effect. If a change materially worsens your position, you may terminate within that notice period.
Greek law applies. The courts of [Thessaloniki] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
